LOYAL equipments limited has an in-house facility of design & engineering with international design codes, standards, software, tools, and a competent experienced team of engineers. The thermal sizing and process design of heat exchangers is carried out by world-renowned software HTRI. The mechanical design of Pressure vessels and Heat exchangers are carried out by Compress, ANSYS and PV elite software using American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME Section VIII Div -1 & II, TEMA, IBR, API, codes. AutoCAD is used for drafting and 3D modeling is performed on Inventor under the experienced engineering and design team. LOYAL holds ASME certification with “U”, “U2”, “R” designator along with NB registration & IBR certificate.
